“Hopp”, short for Hoptoad, was a pet name given by Butch Miller to his wife Susan Miller before she lost her battle with breast cancer on December 9, 2004. Help from Hopp was established to bring a bit of “joy” to cancer patients by giving $50 checks for pleasurable “little extras” that get missed during their difficult time.
